Affordable housing is in turmoil and is hard to predict where matters are headed. Changes in income tax rates for corporations are going down which will change the pricing of low income housing tax credits. That will probably create a gap in the project sources and uses and it will need to be filled so projects can move forward. It will take a while for the dust to settle after the current bill is signed into law. More to come.
